Morality is the architect of nations

Morality is the architect of nations

Morality is the backbone of any nation’s life, regardless of its religion. Morality is the common denominator of all religions of the world on which no one disagrees. The real thing that distinguishes man from animals is morality. The six and best attributes are the character on whose strength and accuracy the existence, stability and survival of nations depend. The nation is directly affected by the formation and deterioration of society. If the society is reformed then it creates a strong, healthy and capable nation and if the society deteriorates then its corruption eats away at the nation. In a society where morality is extinct, it can never be civilized, in which collective tolerance, equality, brotherhood and brotherhood can never flourish. In a society where lies and dishonesty are common, there can never be peace. In an environment or society where morality has no value and where moral depravity and modesty are considered the ultimate goal instead of shame and humiliation, the nation and society, whether Muslim or non-Muslim is bound to disappear. A nation that prospers in the world always has good morals, while a nation with bad morals declines. You can see this scene in your East and West world at this time, where is the rise and where is the humiliation and disgrace?

It is morality that separates man from animals. If there is no morality, then there is no difference between man and animal. Without morals, a group of human beings will be called a herd of animals, not human beings. As long as man’s rational power works under his moral attitude, all things go well, and when his sublime emotions overpower him, they not only deprive him of the spiritual energy that comes from moral existence, On the contrary, their intellectual capacity is finally blunted, as a result of which the society takes the form of beasts and the society begins to present the scene of human-like beasts and not of human beings. All this is the result of moral indifference. Man’s moral sense informs him of his rights and duties.

The real beauty of collective life is born of kindness, selflessness, good deeds, brotherhood, tolerance and sacrifice. As long as the moral sense remains in the people, they perform their duties responsibly and cheerfully, and when this sense becomes dead and savage, it makes the whole society dead and savage, it violates the rights of the people. As it begins to eat, oppression and disorder become common in the society. The existence of animal sense in human beings only knows how to take and not to give, Even if it is at the cost of the death of others. And unfortunately this is the situation that has arisen in our society today.

In Islam, faith and morality are not two different things. A Muslim’s identity is based on morality. If there is no morality then there is no Muslim. It is not possible for a Muslim to claim faith but be devoid of morality. Our Beloved Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is the supreme example of morality in the universe, on which Allah is attesting.

And even if it is not so, you have been sent for the education and training and correctness of the highest standard of morality, as you yourself say, the great master of the morality.

“I have been sent for the fulfillment of high moral standards.”( مستدرک حاکم)
That is, I have been sent to put all the values of high morality into practice, to impose it on myself, to present it to you and to present it as a model of beauty. Our master and master’s whole life was a moral figure because he had adorned himself with the moral teachings of the Qur’an. Your morals were a mirror of the rules and instructions of the Qur’an. There is no creation of the Qur’an that you have not incorporated in your practical life. That is why in the Holy Qur’an, Allah Almighty exhorted us:
لَقَدْ کَانَ لَکُمْ فِیْ رَسُوْلِ اللّٰہِ اُسْوَۃٌ حَسَنَۃٌ (الاحزاب21)۔
“Indeed, following the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is the best example for you to achieve the highest level of morality.”
The practical sign of the correctness of faith and worship is the correctness of morality, but the essence of Islamic worship and teachings is to refine and refine the essence of morality, which is supported by this noble instruction of the Holy Prophet.
“The most perfect faith among Muslims belongs to the person whose morals are the best.”
There is another hadith Mubarakah.
“The best of you is the one who is better than you in terms of morals.”
What are morals? The Holy Prophet said while teaching morality.
“The morality is that if someone insults you, you should pray for him in return, that is, do not respond to the insult with abuse but with prayers and good words. Whoever speaks ill of you, call him good, whoever speaks ill of you, praise him and praise him, and whoever offends you, forgive him. ”
This is the highest example of moral training for us. If our society follows it, then all moral evils can be removed from the society automatically and the society can become the cradle of peace, brotherhood and fraternity. If someone insults you, then pray for him in response, then one day he will automatically be ashamed that I insult him and he prays for me in response, then I should be ashamed, why shouldn’t I pray for him too? And I praise him for being a good man who prays in response to my abuse, does not respond to abuse with abuse. If someone calls you bad and you call him good, then one day he will start calling you good. If someone abuses you and you forgive him, your value and sincerity will increase in his heart. If someone destroys your rights, then you become the protector of his rights, then surely one day he will be ashamed and in this way the society will automatically improve.
Unfortunately, in today’s autumnal society, there are no traces of morality, civilization and training, due to the distance from the good morals of the Holy Prophet. That is why we are falling into disgrace and decay among the nations and the abomination of corruption is devouring us like termites. The religion whose true identity was the great chapter of ethics and for the fulfillment of which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was sent. The courts are overcrowded, the prisons are overcrowded, the streets, the neighborhoods, the quarrels, the quarrels, the abuses, the oppression, the riots, the malice, the envy, the deprivation of rights and interests. Worship is common. Drug markets, lust dens, pubs, gambling, theft, robbery, murder, embezzlement, bribery, usury, fraud, dishonesty, lying, flattery, duplicity, greed, lust, Greed, adultery, weight loss, what is the moral disease and illness that is not in us. What is the method of selfishness and corruption that we have not invented? What kind of fraud and self-interest is not rampant here? What are the manifestations of violence, prejudice, bigotry and inhumanity that are not found in our Islamic society? But still we are not ashamed to be called Muslims.
It is a far cry to call such a nation of immorality and morality a Muslim. Our forefathers say that in such a case; do not dare to take the holy name of Islam, Allah and His Messenger with your impure tongues because you would bring them into disrepute.
That is, if your character, morals and customs do not benefit from the color and smell of your Holy Prophet, or if you do not smell of your good morals, then it does not beautify you to purify your name with your impure tongue. Dare to be called a Muslim is a far cry. Because calling a nation with such vile attributes a Muslim is a matter of defaming the true moral religion of Islam. Islam is notorious in the world today and its true face has been distorted. We have done it ourselves and no one else. Today, the world is satirizing and criticizing him. Today, from every corner of the world, a finger is pointed at our great religion. It is criticized, ridiculed, ridiculed and sketched, and falsehood disappears from the world. Is struggling to do? Today the world considers it a religion of immorality, injustice, oppression and abuse only because of our attributes. We are the cause of humiliation and disgrace in the world of true and perfect religion. Because of this, the world mocks and criticizes Islam. I am reminded of a Hindu poet’s satire on Islam that came to my notice a few days ago. The Hindu poet writes:
جام پے جام پیا اور مسلمان رہے
جس نے پالا پیمبرؐ کو وہ رہا کافر
یہی دین ہے تو اس دین سے توبہ ماتھور
شک پیمبرؐ پہ کیا اور مسلمان رہے
This is a reflection of our moral attitude by this poet. There are people among us who have reached the extremity of filth, have crossed all the boundaries of error and misguidance, but we call them Muslims. There is also a section of us who consider the benefactors of Hazrat Syed e Alam, your guardians beloved grandfather and uncle  Abdul Muttalib and Abu Talib as infidels because they did not read your Kalma and call the Yazidis Muslims who He put an end to the oppression of Al e Pak. There are groups among us who criticize the Prophet and find fault with him, but we also call them Muslims. Hakim-ul-Ummah, the spokesman of the truth, Hazrat Allama Iqbal (may Allah have mercy on him) also depicts it and says that immoral Ummah is the cause of disgrace of the Prophet in the world.
It is an undeniable fact that moral depravity has entered every sphere of our lives today. Whether it is a matter of worship or affairs, rights and duties or education and training, trust, honesty, truthfulness, justice, fulfillment of covenant, duty and so on, we lack other such high values.
Corruption is rampant in society. Oppression and injustice are rampant. People are free from national pain and collective good and evil and have become captives of their own caste and interests. These and other negative attitudes have entered our national collective mood. This is a situation that everyone seems to be regretting. At the moment, the most moral depravity in the world and the uprooting of tolerance and affairs that can be seen in any Islamic society is hardly any other in the world be found in society.
